Welcome to Beverage Fest 2025! Before you join us for the ultimate beverage experience, here are some frequently asked questions to help you plan your day.

1. What is Beverage Fest?

Beverage Fest is a celebration of the diverse and exciting world of beverages, featuring a variety of drinks, including craft beers, fine wines, premium spirits, and innovative non-alcoholic beverages. The event includes unlimited beverage sampling, educational workshops and seminars, live music, games, and food vendors.

2. When and where is Beverage Fest taking place?

Beverage Fest 2025 will take place on 2025-10-26th at Newtown, Old Park Station, Johannesburg, South Africa.

3. When does the festival start and end?

BE BRAVE LIFESTYLE EVENT gates opens from 10am on Saturday for those with confirmed bookings.

The festival dates and times are as follows; Saturday: 10:00hrs pm – 03:30hrs am

4. Food and Beverages Can I purchase food at Beverage Fest?

Yes, there will be food vendors serving dishes that complement the beverages.

5. Age Limit and Designated Driver Policy Is there an age limit for Beverage Fest?

We only accommodating 2-12 year old kids to enjoy the day. Unfortunately, there are no kids between 13 and 17 years of age allowed.

Adults from 18year and above will be at the main event.

6. Can I bring my child at the event?

Yes, We will have a designated "Kids' Zone" staffed with well-trained guides and entertainers to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all children. Parents can rest assured that their children will be in a secure environment while they enjoy the festival.

7. Ticket Information

You can purchase tickets online webtickets. Include tickets for elders and kids.

8. Can I bring my child at the event?

Yes, We will have a designated "Kids' Zone" staffed with well-trained guides and entertainers to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all children. Parents can rest assured that their children will be in a secure environment while they enjoy the festival.

9. Can I bring my own beverages to Beverage Fest?

No, will be sold inside the venue.

10. Are refunds available for purchased tickets?

There are no refunds on purchased tickets.

11. I’m a member of the media. How do I get a media pass?

Please email us: media@bebravelifestyle.co.za. Application are not yet open

12. Will I be able to buy food and drinks at the festival?

A wide variety of food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for the duration of the event, supplied by various vendors at the festival. PLEASE NOTE: Your own food or beverages will not be permitted in the festival.

13. DO I NEED TO BRING CASH? Are Debit/Credit cards accepted?

  • We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.
  • Payment is made via Card acquiring and security
  • Yes, cash, debit card or credit cards is accepted.

14. Will there be first aid or medical services available on site?

Yes, First Aid services are available on site.

15. Will there be tickets sold at the gate

Tickets sell out every year in advance, so we encourage you to purchase online before they sell out.

16. Can I give my ticket to a friend?

Yeah sure! You may assign your e-ticket via email to a different holder. For assistance, please contact info@bebravelifestyle.co.za

What Can I bring?

Camping Chairs, positive vibe, sprit of love.

-The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission into the festival site at any time. Any bags brought into the event are subject to search upon entry.

-The following items are prohibited and will not be allowed into the venue:

  • Weapons, explosives, firearms, glass bottles, aluminium cans, hazardous and breakable materials.
  • Fireworks, lasers, flashlights, unauthorized professional recording devices and anything else that can interfere with the performances.
  • No camping gear of any kind (except for camp chairs) will be allowed into the festival venue. They are allowed in the campsite with a valid camping ticket.
  • No illegal drugs of any kind are allowed in the festival or campsites. You may be prosecuted.
  • No drinking of alcohol outside the festival entrance or in the parking lot. You may be prosecuted.

A. Are animals allowed into the festival?

B. No pets allowed in the festival or campsites.

Q. Are signs and flags allowed into the festival?

A. Flags that are used to identify your group may be brought in, but discretion is advised when constructing or designing these items, as they may sometimes be considered offensive.

Q. Are camp chairs allowed into the festival?

A. Yes

Q. Can I take pictures and record videos during the festival?

A. Professional DSLR, recording devices, video equipment that have not been pre-approved will not be allowed into the festival grounds. At the artists’ request, all unauthorized recording will be prohibited and illegal filming and/or recording will result in legal actions.

Q. How do I apply to sell my product at the festival?

A. Submit your application form which is available on the “apply here vandors" tab during the trader application period. We will let you know if your application is successful and you will be required to pay an advance booking fee for your stall to secure your space at the festival. Late applications will not be considered.

Q. Will security be provided?

A. Yes, security will be available from the beginning of the festival. We are committed to safe guarding property. We have a long-standing partnership with SA Police and private security guards who patrol regularly. BE BRAVE LIFESTYLE is not liable for any loss or damage to your property.

Q. How do I manage my waste?

A. There will be a skip behind the stalls where traders can dispose of waste and a designated area to dispose of ash.

Q. Will there be washing facilities available?

A. Yes, there is a sink situated behind the food stalls for traders to wash your utensils.

Q. How do delivery vehicles access the festival with my stock?

A. Delivery vehicles will be able to deliver your stock to the trader parking lot, from there you will have to use your vehicle that has access inside the festival with your trader parking sticker, to bring your stock to your stall

Q. Will there be washing facilities available?

A. Yes, there is a sink situated behind the food stalls for traders to wash your utensils.

Q. Can I sell beverages at the festival?

A. Yes, The event is to promote BEVERAGES

Q. How many food stalls are there?

A. The BEV FEST Food has around 20+ food stalls.

WHAT ARE YOU NOT ALLOWED TO BRING?

No Gazebos - We do not want to block anyone's view

No Hubbly Bubbly (Hooka Pipes)

No Alcohol Beverages OR any other refreshments

No Drugs allowed

No Sharp objects

No Firearms

No Explosives (including firecrackers and fireworks)

No Chemical weapons (including mace and pepper spray)

No Blunt weapons (including brass knuckles, clubs and nunchaku)

No Cooler box

No Braais

No Food/Snacks
